Description:
1. The subject of the contract is to grant long -term loans for the Roźwienica commune in the total amount of PLN 18 914 835.37 (in words: eighteen million nine hundred and fourteen thousand eight hundred and thirty -five zlotys 37/100).
2. The order is divided into two parts:
1) part 1 - granting a loan long -term in the amount of PLN 15,736,065.82 for prior repayment of long -term loans from 2013, 2014, 2016, 2023 and 2024, due to the restructuring of existing credit liabilities.
2) Part 2 - granting a long -term loan in the amount to PLN 3,178,769.55 for purpose to cover the planned deficit of PLN 2,203,351.55 and to repay the previously taken liabilities due to loans and loans in the amount of PLN 975,418.00.
The contractor may submit an offer for one or both parts of the order. The contracting authority will make Evaluation of contractors, offers and selection of the best offer for each part of the order separately.
