Description:
1. The subject of the contract is to grant the municipality of long -term loan to the municipality up to PLN 6,259,900.00;
2. Important conditions regarding the subject of the contract:
1) The loan repayment will take place until the last day of the quarter from the first quarter of 2026 to December 31, 2035, annually Four installments in the amount of PLN 156,479.50 each installment.
2) the possibility of prior repayment of the loan or part of it without additional fees and commissions in this respect, with a 7 -day deadline for notifying the Contractor about earlier repayment of the loan or part of it.
3) the contractor will put a loan The contracting authority's disposal no later than within 5 days from the date of the contract, except that the loan will be launched many times in the amounts and quantities in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party, and the contractor will be notified of the amount of each tranche 3 days before the planned date Payments of a given loan tranche.
4) Calculation of interest will take place from the date of launching individual tranches of the loan.
