- 1) The subject of the fall is the granting and signs of the investment short -term loan in the amount of 3 317 622.21 with (sow: three million three hundred seventeen thousand twenties two with two zote 21/100) for the financing of the transitional budget deficit in 2025 in the area with the implementation of the taskinvestment entitled Dinosaurus Park in Prusica8ch pursuant to art. 89 para. 1 point 1 of the Act of 29 August 2009 on public finance (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1530, as amended). 1. Credit in Polish Zotych, 2. The Credit will be used to finance the transparent Budet deficit in 2025 inZwizku from the implementation of the investment task entitled Dinosaur's parka in Prusice with the participation of the RODKW from the Polish Strategic Investment Program Ad.3.
