Description:
On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the service of graphic design and updating of UDT information materials. Subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is graphic design and updating of UDT information materials, such as: such as: bulletins, folders, calendars, advertisements, promotional and information materials, posters, brochures, banners, calendar inserts, roll-ups, materials for websites and photos and images, in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party. NOTE: The number of ordered graphics for individual items (indicated in the detailed offer) may be subject to change. The detailed offer indicates individual types of projects along with their specifications and the forecast (estimated) number of pieces. During the execution of the contract, the quantities may become cold, which does not constitute any claims on the part of the Contractor. 2. Implementation of the subject of the contract - in depending on the needs of the Ordering Party - will consist in graphic design of: 1) new UDT information materials or 2) updating existing UDT information materials. As part of the performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will successively prepare new graphic designs and provide graphics and photos and updated existing UDT information materials, hereinafter referred to as "projects" or interchangeably "graphics", such as: bulletins, folders, calendars, advertisements, brandings, advertising walls, promotional and information materials, posters, brochures, banners, calendar inserts, r...
