Description:
On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the graphic design service and updating UDT information materials. We reserve that the proceedings may end with no offer being selected in the event of exceeding the estimated funds for financing the order or other reasons. Object of the order: 1. The subject of the order is graphic design and updating of UDT information materials such as: "Inspektor" magazine, guidelines, guides, guides, folders, calendars, advertisements, promotional and information materials, posters, brochures, banners, calendar inserts, roll-ups, power point presentations, materials for websites and photos and images.2. The contractor will deliver on time designs to the Ordering Party, in a format enabling reproduction, publication and processing (in whole or in part) in combined and separated files in versions for graphic designers, printing houses and the Ordering Party. 3. Dates will be set on an ongoing basis depending on volume of material, however, will not exceed 7 calendar days from the date of delivery by the Ordering Party of the last batch of material and information for a given project. Any change or correction by the Ordering Party will be introduced no later than within 2 days calendar days.4. In the case of new projects (those that do not function in the Office of Technical Inspection), the Contractor will present several layout proposals for the Ordering Party to choose and attach graphics/photos/drawings owned by the Contractor...
