1. The subject of the contract is the Green Area Development Service under the project called: "Protection and restoration of natural and landscape values together with the creation of places for protecting biological diversity in WMCCP in Olsztyn", financed from FEWM. 02.12-IZ.00-001/25 Protection of biodiversity, Type 2 Protection and restoration in urban areas, creating places for protecting biological diversity in urban and non -urban areas based on native species, greening urban space and inventory of greenery in cities as part of such a project; Financed from: European Fund Regional development under European funds for Warmia and Mazury 2021-2027.
2. The desire for the subject of the contract includes
1) planting materials,
2) equipment, tools and materials necessary to implement the subject of the contract (fertilizer, bark, plant protection products, etc.),
3) development of constituencies Waste of materials in accordance with applicable law, in particular with the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste together with executive acts, arising in connection with the implementation of the subject of the contract.
