- 1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive design (separately for each facility) and the installation of photovoltaic installations with energy storage in Ostroda educational institutions:
1) Primary School No. 1 Armii Krajowej- ul. Seweryna PieniΔΕΌnego 30A with the room ul. January 21, 22;
2)Primary School No. 2 Gustaw Gizewiusz- ul. OlsztyΕska 7;
3) Primary School No. 3 Jana PawΕa II- ul. Rycerska 5, ul. Marshal PiΕsudskiego 4;
4) Primary School No. 6 Kornela MakuszyΕski- Os. MΕodych 8;
5) Municipal Kindergarten No. 1- ul. BolesΕawa Chrobrego 3;
6) teamSchool and pre-school in Ostroda- ul. Plebiscytowa 50;
7) School and Preschool Complex No. 4 in Ostroda ul. Tadeusza KoΕciuszki 14, ul. Tadeusza KoΕciuszki 22;
8) Municipal Kindergarten No. 4- ul. Nicolaus Copernicus 21A;
according to the functional and utility program (Annex 4 to SWZ; hereinafter: PFU) andin the model of the contract (Annex 3 to SWZ).
2. Other requirements regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract:
1) The subject of the contract includes the performance of all auxiliary and accompanying works necessary for the proper implementation of the subject of the contract, in particular:
a) securing the area whereWorks will be carried out;
b) ordering and cleaning up after the works of the area where the works and neighboring rooms will be carried out, communication routes contaminated as a result of the works.
