Description:
1. The subject of the order is the care and maintenance of greenery in some facilities administered by the Government Administration Service Center.
Ujazdowskie 1/3, Warsaw. Garden area is under conservation protection, entered in the register under no. 1597, pursuant to the decision of September 15, 1996 issued by the Masovian Provincial Conservator of Monuments.

3. Detailed description of the subject of the order contains Annexes No. 1 to the SWZ (Detailed description of the subject of the order).
4. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
5. The Ordering Party determined the estimated number of services to be provided orders only for the purpose of pricing the offers submitted by the Contractors, which will then be used to prepare a ranking of the submitted offers.
6. The framework agreement will include all services listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
7. The Ordering Party informs that enforcement proceedings are ongoing of the framework agreement will be made via the purchasing platform at: https://zamowienia.eb2b.com.pl or https://platforma.eb2b.com.pl, which will require the Contractor to use a qualified electronic signature.
