Description of the subject of the contract:
a) The subject of the order is a service involving the sanding of rails in tracks and tram switches to remove corrugated consumption on the surface of a rolled rail with a total length of 150,000 running meters of the single track.
b) The contracting authority described the subject of the contract using the following attachments:
- planned provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Annex 2 to SWZ,
- the material scope constituting Annex 6 to SWZ,
- offer price list constituting Annex 7 to SWZ,
c) Required warranty period:
The minimum warranty period is 12 months. The maximum warranty period is 18 months. Offers containing the warranty period shorter than 6 months will be rejected.
