- Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the successive delivery of crushed basalt chips of 2-5 mm fraction in an amount of up to 350 tons by self-unloading trucks and of knocked basalt chips of 5-8 mm fraction in an amount of up to 100 tons by self-unloading trucks. Grits must meet the requirements of the PN standard-EN 13043:2004. The Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to the above-mentioned requirements, however, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to indicate that the supplies he offers meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. They will be considered equivalent solutionsi.e. the supply of stones meeting the requirements of another standard, provided that the technical parameters contained in such a standard are not worse than the parameters specified in the PN-EN 13043:2004 standard. The given quantity of the subject of the order is an estimated value in the event of failure to complete the quantity purchase by the Ordering Party in part.duration of the contract, the purchase is considered completed without any claims for damages. The minimum quantity fulfillment is 80% of the subject of the order.
