Description:
The subject of the order is group life insurance, which will be available to employees employed by the Ordering Party under an employment contract, regardless of the duration of the legal relationship between the Ordering Party and the employee. A working person will also be considered an employee on the basis of a civil law contract (contract staff) regardless of the duration of the contractual relationship. Thus, such a person will be able to join a group life insurance contract. Spouses, life partners and other persons may also join the group life insurance contract adult children (over 18 years of age) of the Ordering Party's employees, provided that the employee himself has previously joined the insurance. above family members of the employee join the insurance subgroup of their choice, regardless of the one chosen by the employee who registered them. The Contractor will not make the possibility of providing insurance coverage for spouses, life partners and adult children conditional on reaching a certain minimum number of them (no required level of participation for spouses, life partners and adult children).
