2. The subject of the contract is comprehensive delivery fuel Gas - delivery of high -metane natural gas with symbol E together with the distribution service and the supply of natural gas attached with the LS symbol together with the distribution service.
Estimated The size of the subject of the contract was determined based on historical data (existing consumption in facilities in the last 12 months, taking into account possible changes in the use of facilities). The contractor should take into account possible consumption fluctuations, e.g. due to weather conditions, which The contracting authority is unable to predict. The reduction or increase in the amount of gas fuel does not attract any consequences for the contracting authority (recipients), except for the need to pay for the actually collected amount of gas and transmission services in accordance with the applicable OSD tariff.
