- 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of chemical reagents for teaching and service research for the Medical University of Gdańsk.2. A detailed description of the order and the quantity of individual products is specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - form materially priced.3. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to realize 50% of the value of the subject of the order without the need to change the terms of the Agreement.4. The number and type of products ordered depend on the actual needs of the Ordering Party, therefore the value of the subject of the order, the material and price form indicated in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ is an estimate. Orders placed by the Ordering Party during the term of the contract may differ numerically from the numbers provided in the form (they may be larger, smaller or will not occur at all), however, the total value of the contract will not exceed the total price included in the offer of the selected Contractor.5. The concept of successive delivery should be understood as the successive (partial) delivery of the subject of the contract to the organizational units of Gdańsk.
