- 1. The scope of the order includes: 1.1 Monthly provision of the service of emptying 137 containers placed in pharmacies in the city of Lublin used for selective collection of municipal waste of expired medicines classified in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Climate of January 2, 2020, regarding waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) under the codes 20 01 31*, 20 01 32. Emptying of containers, after confirmation by authorized persons from each pharmacy, will take place in the following way: a) once a month, i.e. on the first working day in a given month, containers located in pharmacies, referred to in a. No. 1; b) twice a month, i.e. on the first and 15th working day in a given month, containers located in the pharmacies referred to in a. No. 2; c) If the pharmacy is closed on the above-mentioned day, containers with expired medicines will be emptied on date agreed with an authorized pharmacy employee and notifying the Ordering Party. 1.2.
