1. The subject of the contract is the contractor to provide the contracting service for the removal and management (disposal) of hazardous waste stored in Siemianowice Śląskie at ul. Liberation 2.
The contractor is obliged to remove and dispose of waste dangerous, which is the subject of the contract, in installations or installations for conducting final disposal processes of hazardous waste, with efficiency ensuring the disposal of these waste.
