Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of equipment for water and diving rescue training. The equipment will be intended for the Provincial Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Szczecin and the Provincial Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Olsztyn on the terms described in the specification terms and conditions of the order (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ"). These commands provide specialized training for firefighters from Poland in the field of water and diving.
2. The order is divided into 6 parts - 3 parts for each ordering party. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts orders.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found:
1) in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ for part 1 of the procedure (internal procedure identifier WL.2371.4.1.2025);
2) in Annex No. 1B to the SWZ for part 2 of the procedure (internal procedure identifier WL.2371.4.2.2025);
3) v Annex No. 1C to the SWZ for part 3 of the procedure (internal procedure identifier WL.2371.4.3.2025);
4) in Annex No. 1D to the SWZ for part 4 of the procedure (internal procedure identifier WL.2371.4.4.2025);
5) in Annex No. 1E to the SWZ for part 5 of the procedure (internal identifier proceedings WL.2371.4.5.2025);
6) in Annex No. 1F to the SWZ for part 6 of the procedure (internal procedure identifier WL.2371.4.6.2025).
4. The terms of delivery and execution of the order are specified in the contract template - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (as appropriate for a given part of the procedure).
