Description:
1. The subject of the order is equipment services for the maintenance of roads in the Gogw Maopolski Commune in 2026. The order includes transport services using self-dumping vehicles for the transport of road materials such as aggregate, soil, reclaimed materials and other materials ordered by the Ordering Party, as well as services road machines and equipment for earthworks (road widening, construction of roadside, drainage and drainage ditches, forming the road crown, construction/reconstruction of culverts, surface profiling) in the Gogw Maopolski Commune; - the estimated number of tons of stone to be transported in 2026 is 6,000 tons. - the estimated number of operating hours of a backhoe loader in 2026 is 300 hours. - the estimated number of operating hours of a dump truck in 2025 is 300 hours. - the estimated number of operating hours of a road roller in 2026 is 60 hours. - the estimated number of operating hours of a soil compactor in 2025 2026 is 60 hours. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the number of services provided in relation to the estimated quantity without the Contractor's right to claim compensation in this respect, however the reduction should not exceed 30% of the quantity estimated.
