- The subject of the contract providing hardware and transport services at winter maintenance of poviat roads in the Kielce poviat in the winter season 2025/2026 broken down into 25 independent tasks. Winter comprehensive maintenance of poviat roads consists in maintaining road passage poviat administered by the Poviat Road Administration in Kielce in the winter in accordance with adopted standards, by combating winter slippery and snow removal on the roads of the Kielce poviat and maintaining in full technical readiness and operational readings of transport means together with the equipment intended to combat the effects of winter ownership of performers. Striving material (sand-solna mixture) used for winter road maintenance is the property of the contracting authority and does not constitute the subject of the contract. Work on the call depending on the conditions prevailing on the roads.
