1. The subject of the order is the organization of a Health Day for employees of the County Office in Piła: Wellbeing Health Day, as part of the task: Thematic Health Days for employees.2. The order is carried out as part of the project entitled Eliminating and improving health-threatening factors in the workplace work ergonomics in the County Office in Piła, co-financed under the European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021-2027 Program (FEW) co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), Priority: FEWP.06 European funds for Wielkopolska with a stronger social dimension; Measure 06.04 Support for employees and employers.3. The description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.4. The ordering party specifies the requirements referred to in Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law.
