voluntary health insurance, providing access to health services - medical services, covered by the contractor, and medical and medical examinations or diagnostic, outpatient and rehabilitation procedures, aimed at maintaining, restoring or improving the health of the insured employee as part of the packages: single employee, family, partner, senior, hospital, and dental.
