Description:
1. The subject of the order is to conduct workshops with a dietitian for older people aged 60+, including people with disabilities. The workshops are intended to shape healthy eating habits, support the maintenance of vitality and prevent age-related diseases, and are intended to implement principles of awareness and responsibility for one's own life. The classes should include practical advice, tastings, body composition analysis, dietary consultations and a practical part of the workshops involving participants preparing their own dishes2. Item the order is part of the executed order called Health training and workshops under the European Funds for Western Pomerania 2021-2027 program co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus.3.
