Description:
The subject of the order is: Supply of heat for the building of the Primary School. Jan Klich in Wieprz from January 1, 2026. until December 31, 2027 and modernization of a solid fuel boiler room with a capacity of at least 500 KW. As part of the order, the Supplier is obliged to provide the following services at its own expense: - deliveries hot water throughout the entire order execution period, - supply of heat energy throughout the order execution period, - carrying out maintenance and renovation of heating installations and devices located in the building; - delivery and installation of heating devices, boilers with a power of at least 500 KW, and in the event of a failure, to them replacement; - delivery and installation of central heating and hot water circulation pumps, and in the event of failure, their replacement; - delivery and installation of an 80 mm heat meter, - delivery and installation of a 50 mm heat meter. The settlement rules between the Contractor - Supplier and the Ordering Party - Recipient must be in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 7 April 2020 on detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements for heat supply (Journal of Laws 2020.718 of April 23, 2020, as amended).
