Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery, using the Contractor's own transport, of light type fuel oil for heating systems in buildings belonging to the Ordering Party in 2026. PARAMETERS OF THE SUPPLIED FUEL OIL MUST BE COMPLIANT WITH THE REQUIREMENTS FOR HEATING THE BUILDING - THE SUPPLIED FUEL OIL MUST HAVE PARAMETERS NOT WORSE THAN: 1) Calorific value, min. 42.6 MJ/kg2) Pouring temperature, max. -20 C3) Ignition temperature, min. 56 C4) Gsto at 15C, max. 860 kg/m5) Kinetic viscosity at 20C, max. 6.00 mm/s6) Fractional composition up to 250C, max. 65% (V/V)7) Fractional composition up to 350C, min. 85 % (V/V)8) Remaining after coking in 10% distillation residue, max. 0.3 % (m/m)9) Remaining after incineration, max. 0.01% (m/m)10) Sulfur content, max. 0.10% (m/m)11) Water content, max. 200 mg/kg12) Contains solid pollutants, max. 24 mg/kg13) Color red2.
