- 1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of light heating oil for heating purposes for military units and institutions at the demand of the 12th Military Economic Department.
2. The order is not divided into parts due to the uniform nature of the order and the costs Deliveries.
The estimated basic order is 618 437 liters of heating oil.
The contracting authority guarantees the Contractor to meet the value of the order in minimum amount of 25 % of the basic order.

The exercise of the option of the option will consist in increasing the amount of heating oil under the concluded contract, in the amount of up to 50 % of the basic order, i.e. to 309 218 liters, by submitting by the contracting authority a unilateral statement - orders in the form written.
If during the performance of the order it turns out that the Employer has financial resources and the need to order more heating oil, in relation to the expected order in an unconditional scope of the order, the contracting authority reserves the right to exercise the "option of the option" and the order additional heating oil under the concluded contract, for which the contractor will be entitled to separate remuneration.
