Description:
The subject of the contract is the delivery of 1 item of a heavy rescue and fire -fighting car with the function of supplying water for living purposes, 4x4 drive for the needs of the Poviat Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Tuchola.
The purchase of a vehicle aims to carry out tasks in the field of population and defense protection civil.
The subject of the contract should meet the following requirements:
a) correspond to all the features specified in the specification of the terms of the contract,
b) to be factory new and compatible with applicable standards.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract (technical specifications), and detailed conditions for implementation Annex 4 to SWZ - contract draft.
Whenever SWZ refers to a trademark, patent or origin, source or special process that characterizes products or services, the contractor may apply the or equivalent or equivalent, meeting technical requirements and having utility properties in accordance with the requirements specified in SWZ.
In the event that the Contractor proposes an equivalent product, information about it must be included in the offer (in the description of the subject of the contract attached to the offer form after completing the column No. 3 by the Contractor - template Annex 1 to SWZ).
