Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a heavy technical rescue car "Rotator" - 4 pcs, in accordance with Annex 4 to SWZ (which is also a means of evidence in question).

and ready to use and met the norms required by Polish law and was free from legal defects.
For damages resulting from guilt improper packaging and/or transport is the contractor to blame.
4. Delivery of each car separately described in Annex 4 to SWZ must be implemented to the organizational units of the State Fire Service.
5. Detailed scope of services, the method of order processing and obligations Contractors specify the following documents:
- Annex 4 to SWZ, i.e. description of the subject of the contract (in short OPZ)
and
- Annex 3 to SWZ, i.e. the proprietary provisions of the contract
6. The Contractor is bound by the submitted offer from the date of the deadline for submitting bids (inclusive) to 13.12.2025, i.e. 90 days.
7. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers.
8. The Ordering Party does not intend to convene a meeting of contractors.
9. The Ordering Party does not require a local vision or checking by the Contractor with documents necessary to perform the order available on site at the Ordering Party.
