Description:
1. The subject of the procedure and order is the selection of the Contractor in the field of histopathological and systemic assessment at the DPL as part of the project titled "CAR-T adoptive immunotherapy in the treatment of ductal pancreatic cancer: implementation of the development phase "investigative medicinal product of advanced therapy" for the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum in Krakow. 1.1 The project is implemented as part of the National Reconstruction and Immunity Plan, Component D. Effectiveness, availability and quality of the system health care, Investment D3.1.1 Comprehensive development of research in the field of medical and health sciences, financed by the Medical Research Agency. Number of the agreement to provide support for the Project: 2024/ABM/03/KPO/KPOD.07.07-IW.07-0106/24-00.1.2 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it. 1.3 A detailed description of the subject of the order is included Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.
