Description:
3Lingerie recording - in accordance with SWZ, for the Independent Public Health Care Center of the Provincial Combined Hospital Jędrzej Śniadecki in Bialystok.
2. The expected amount of laundry underwear:
a) on a monthly basis is: approx. 18,000 kg, including laundry of barrier underwear:approx. 4,500 kg per month, and the remaining underwear: approx. 13,500 kg per month,
b) on a scale of the entire contract, i.e. 48 months is: approx. 864,000 kg, including laundry of barrier underwear: approx. 216,000 kg, and the remaining underwear: approx. 648,000 kg.
3. The detailed scope of the order was specified in Annex 1 to SWZ(Detailed form of the offer) and in the draft contract, which is Annex 9 to SWZ.
