Description:
The subject of the contract is the Hospital Patient Nutrition Service in the Bemar system with full patient service for a period of 48 months, consisting in the preparation and delivery of meals in appropriate portions protecting daily food rations in the bemar system by a catering company forhospitalized patients, with full service, i.e. supply of tableware, distributing meals to patients, receiving dirty tableware in hospital wards, washing the equipment used for distribution - without leasing the ordering party equipment.
In order to properly implement the provisions of the contractThe contracting authority provides the premises of the contractor, on the basis of the contractor, necessary to provide services for storage, washing of bemar and waiter carts as well as tableware, loading and unloading, cloakrooms, with a total area of about 106 m2. The contractor is obliged to equipshared rooms in equipment and devices necessary to properly perform the subject of the contract, at their own expense and risk and secure them by accessing third parties. The Contractor will be obliged to a one -off rental fee for the entire remaining duration of the contract within 7Days from the date of handing over the contractor of the rooms, which day will be specified in the minutes of handing over the rooms.
