Description:
The procedure is conducted as an open tender, pursuant to Art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law. The provisions of the Public Procurement Act apply to matters not regulated in the SWZ. Pursuant to Art. 359 of the Public Procurement Law applies when awarding contracts for social services provisions of the Act applicable to classic contracts with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds - if the value of the contract expressed in PLN is equal to or exceeds the equivalent of EUR 750,000, with the option of disabling the use of selected ones provisions of the Public Procurement Law referred to in Art. 360 of this Act.
