Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: In connection with the organization of a scientific conference, the Central Mining Institute, the National Research Institute orders hotel and restaurant services. The Ordering Party requires that the conference Hydrology in practice - practice in hydrogeology be held on June 3-5, 2024. I anticipatey that the conference will be attended by approximately 100 participants. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the number of conference participants within (/-) 50 people. The final list of conference participants will be sent seven days before the start of the conference. Ordering Party's requirements: - location not far fromgreater than 10 km from the center of Szczyrk (distance measured according to Google Maps by road, the Ordering Party assumes the building of the Szczyrk City Hall as the center), Justification for the choice of the conference location: due to very serious water problems in the city of Szczyrk and the surrounding area, mainly water gbinow posa conference was planned to be organized in this area (max. 10 km from Szczyrk). The organizers will invite representatives of the local community (including the city authorities) to present (among others) practical hydrogeological problems and their solution with the future cooperation...
