- Description:
- The subject of the contract is the delivery of Microsoft or equivalent with software assurance support packages or equivalent to public/government institutions (Govermment) and Educational (Academic) (Academic) indicated in SOPZ - Annex 1 to the draft contract or delivery of equivalent licenses meeting the functionalities indicated by the description of the subject of the contract.
Attention! Each time, if the documents of the procedure indicate the software name should be understood as the indicated software or equivalent support, according to the offered, meeting the requirements indicated in the attachment No. 1 to the contract - SOPZ.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract, qualitative requirements, technical requirements (parameters and functionality) are in the draft contract (together with its attachments) constituting Annex 8 to SWZ.
Equivalence conditions:
1. The resource allows the delivery of the software equivalent to the indicated in point 3.2. With the proviso that the Contractor must prove at his liability and its expense that the equivalent solution meets the requirements of the Employer specified in Annex 1 to the draft contract - a detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ).
