Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is a construction work called: Hydrophobization of concrete surfaces of the airport in Powidz. 2. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the order is included in the appendix to the SWZ: Technical Specification for Works Execution and Acceptance (STWOiR), appendix No. 5 toSWZ.3. The execution of the order is subject to Polish law, in particular: the Construction Law Act of July 7, 1994, the Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964, the Waste Act of December 14, 2012, the Act of April 27 2001 Environmental Protection Law and the Act of 1September 1, 2019 Public procurement law. 4. Before preparing the offer, the contractor may make a local inspection of the area. The Ordering Party will enable an on-site visit for interested Contractors after prior written notification of the willingness of the Contractors' representatives to participate in this project to the following address:e-mail: 33bltr.przetargi@ron.mil.pl. The notification should include the name and surname of the person participating in the on-site visit, as well as a contact number to provide details of the time and place of the visit, which will depend on the number of people willing to participate.
