- The subject of the contract is the implementation of a comprehensive implementation service by the Contractor in the SaaS model, including the identification and implementation of VoiceBot and Chatbot solutions for the needs of the clients of the Poznań City Hall, in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the contract.
As part of the order, the Contractor will provide the system, including AI and CRM tools, design a user panel, integrate the system with existing customer solutions, conduct training and provides technical support and compliance with information security requirements, According to Annexes No. 2 and 5 to the contract.
