Description:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation and support of the Asterisk IP PBX software telephone exchange, together with the FreePBX web management interface (owned by the Ordering Party), a call center module, modules for advanced reporting and analysis, and session border controller software. and the necessary licenses, transcription services and integration with the systems used by the Ordering Party: EspoCRM and Microsoft Teams, in accordance with the following: 1) Implementation of the task in the form of configuration and implementation of the Headquarters at the Ordering Party, as well as integration of the Headquarters with software, systems and other elements of the Ordering Party's Infrastructure referred to in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as: "SOPZ")2) execution and transfer of Post-Implementation Documentation to the Ordering Party and transfer of all transferable rights to the Post-Implementation Documentation to the Ordering Party, in particular copyrights, in accordance with the Agreement and the SOPZ; 3) delivering or ensuring to the Ordering Party all Documentation and any licenses related to the Headquarters and the Task referred to in point 2.3 of the SOPZ, as well as Annex No. 1 to the SOPZ, allowing the Ordering Party, in accordance with the License Conditions, to use, as a licensee, all elements to which they concern, in accordance with the Agreement and SOPZ, as part of the Contractor's remuneration specified in the Agreement (in particular without the obligation to implement any additional conditions, fees, subsidies or other financial benefits under itemMade...
