Description:
Implementation and maintenance of the jira system. The resource is expected to present a minimum of 2 references from the JIRA system from the last 3 years. In addition, please attach an offer in which it will be provided: implementation schedule. Valuation according to the following: implementation of the solution (from Analyzes to start production) Subscription of the JIRA Service Management Cloud Premium software for 10 agents for a period of 12 months Subscription to the Confluence Cloud Standard software for 10 users for a period of 12 months support within 24 months (payable monthly in the amount of 1/24 amounts). Support includes SLA in accordance with OPZ and up to 8 hours of work per month. Implementation methodology. Crying citizen: 1. Total price - 80 %, 2. FROM PRODUCTION PREPORTS - production of production - 20 %. We do not allow partial offers.
