- 1. The subject of the order is the service of preparing and delivering the following estimated number of meals to COM: - 20 breakfasts, 20 two-course lunches and 6 dinners a day (hereinafter referred to as meals) for adults five days a week (i.e. from Monday to Friday) and - 6 breakfasts, 6 two-course lunches and 6 dinners (hereinafter referred to as meals) for adults two days a week (i.e. Saturday and Sunday), including holidays and public holidays.2. The subject of the order was not divided into parts, which does not have a negative impact on competition. The lack of division into parts is dictated by considerations economic. This order covers the scope of only one COM Branch, which means that its execution in one part and by one contractor will be the most effective method of implementation from a technical and formal point of view. 3. Due to the fact that the number of inhabitants may to be a variable, we reserve the right to increase or decrease the amount of meals delivered by 40% on a given day according to orders. Any changes in the number of ordered lunches will be notified by the Ordering Party to the Contractor no later than 7:30 a.m. days...
