Description:
1. The subject of the order for this part is the purchase and delivery of a power generator temporarily connected to the ground with a capacity of 25 kVA / 20 kW in the amount of 1 piece with the possibility of transport for the District Family Assistance Center in Radomsko. The task is co-financed from a special-purpose subsidy from the Voivode of the European Union at my own request. related to population protection and civil defense, implemented under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026. The Contractor is obliged to conduct training for persons indicated by the Ordering Party within 3 days from the date of delivery of the generating set.2. Detailed description of the subject the order referred to in point 1 is specified in the Description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 4a to the SWZ.3. The Ordering Party informs that wherever in the SWZ it describes the subject of the order by reference to standards, European technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described and such reference is accompanied by the words or equivalent.
