• Description:
• ​On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the provision of closed training services entitled: "Nuclear HVAC". The offer should be prepared in accordance with Annex No. 1. Training service - in accordance with art. 43 section 1 point 29 letter c of the Act of March 11, 2004 on tax on goods and services (Journal of Laws No. 54, item 535, as amended), we declare that the training is an event aimed at improving professional qualifications and is fully financed from public funds. Due to the above, it is subject to an exempt VAT rate. Target group: Training dedicated to technical supervision inspectors responsible for the processes of reconciliation of documentation and technical tests of devices. Conditions of implementation orders:• length of training - 2 days (16 teaching hours + breaks);• number of groups - 1;• number of participants - maximum 10;• training room indicated by the contractor.• training room and catering (2 coffee breaks and lunch each day) - on the side Contractors;• number of trainers - 2 (training may be conducted in Polish or English)• accommodation and transport of trainers - on the Contractor's side;• accommodation and transport of participants - on the Ordering Party's side;• deadline for training: third quarter of 2026;• in the offer price should include training materials, surveys, a survey report and a training completion certificate; • the order will be implemented in the form of a written contract.
