1. CONSTRUCTION is a implementation competition, i.e. in which the prize is a cash prize andThe author's invitation (participant in the competition), whose work received the first prize for negotiations
in a free -hand order mode, in order to perform the service based on the competition work. The subject of the service was described in the relevant provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex 5 to the Regulations.
