The subject of the competition is the development of the architectural concept of the reconstruction of infrastructureDidactic Campus of the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice, at ul. Raciborska 44 together with land development and the necessary technical and communication infrastructure enabling the functioning of the object for its intended purpose, taking into account existing conditions and possibleinvestment stages. All designed objects and development elementsthe area together with the construction devices related to them should be designed in a way that ensures the fulfillment of the requirements for the safety of construction, fire safety, safety of use, appropriate hygiene and health conditions, environmental protection, conditionsoccupational health and safety, protection against noise, energy saving and adequate thermal insulation of partitions, utility conditions in accordance with the purpose of the facility, in particular in the field of water and electricity supply and - - according to the needs - in energy - in energyheat and fuel, assuming the effective use of these factors. The share of energy from renewable sources in total primary energy necessary for the functioning of the building should be a minimum of 20%.
