  1. The competition is a implementation competition, i.e. in which the prize is a cash prize and an invitation author (participant in the competition), whose work received the first prize for negotiations in the mode of free -hand order in order to perform the service based on the competition work.
  2. The purpose of the competition is to obtain the best in terms of architectural, spatial and functional-utility concept Urban-architectural for the undertaking: "Construction of a complex of multi-family residential buildings together with underground garages, service premises, land development and external infrastructure, located at Piaskowa St. in Gliwice."
  A detailed description of the subject of the competition It is included in the regulations of the competition and its attachments.
  3. The competition is conducted in the procedure of a limited and one -stage competition.

Awards in the competition are cash prizes in the total amount of PLN 80,000.00 gross: 1st prize - 35 PLN 000.00 gross, 2nd prize - PLN 25,000.00 gross and two monetary awards each PLN 10,000.00 gross each referred to in Chapter VI and invitation of a participant in the competition, whose competition work received the first prize for negotiations in the free -source order mode, in order to perform the service for the service for the service on the basis of the competition work.
