The subject of this order is the COMPREHENSIVE SUPPLY OF HIGH METANE TYPE E NATURAL GAS FOR THE NEEDS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CZERNIEJEWO AND ITS ORGANIZATIONAL UNITS for the facilities indicated in a. No. 1 to SWZ. Gas will be supplied on the basis of an agreement containing the provisions of the agreement sales and contracts for the provision of gas transmission or distribution services (comprehensive contract) and will be performed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis. Czerniejewo Commune and units listed in for. No. 1 to SWZ will conclude separate agreements resulting from this procedure for awarding a public procurement in the basic mode for the COMPREHENSIVE SUPPLY OF HIGH-METANE TYPE E NATURAL GAS FOR THE NEEDS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CZERNIEJEWO AND ITS ORGANIZATIONAL UNITS.2.
