Description:
3.1. The subject of the order is: Implementation of the comprehensive support program for families "Za Życiem" based on the concluded agreement in the scope of tasks entrusted to the government administration for 2026. The subject of the order is services consisting in carrying out early childhood development support classes and specialized classes for children with disabilities and those at risk of disability from the age of 0 until the child starts school in the Nowy Sącz District as part of the task with scope of government administration under the comprehensive support program for families "Za Życiem" in terms of ensuring the implementation of the tasks of the leading coordination, rehabilitation and care center (Priority II, task 2.4.). Detailed description of the item the order together with the terms of participation were specified in the order documents. Part 1 - Neonatologist - consultant Neonatologist - consultant - prevention, diagnosis and treatment of suspected diseases in newborns abnormal development. Consultations with teams of specialists determining the type of therapy, the number of hours of therapy, including determining the progress in children's therapy. (200 hours). Part 2 - Early Development Support Early Development Support - comprehensive, multidisciplinary activities aimed at supporting the child's psychomotor development at a very early stage of development.
