Description:
1. The subject of the contract is conducting quantitative research among users of the Velomałopolska route: minimum 2,000 surveys implemented by method/methods*: CAWI (Computer Assisted Web Interview, Internet interview computer supported) or CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing, Direct -oriented interview) or PAPI (Paper & Pen Personal Interview, direct interview conducted using a paper questionnaire).
2. The terms of the contract are included in the planned provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, which will be introduced to the content of this contract - template of the contract and constitute Annex 1C to SWZ (they are hereinafter referred to as the model contract).
95 of the Act specifies, that it does not require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the contract.
*The Ordering Party allows the possibility of performing the order both one and two or all three methods.
