The subject of the order is the provision of services for the development of design documentation, i.e. construction and executive design together with tender documentation for the expansion of provincial road No. 421 on the section from DK 45 to the border with the Silesian Voivodeship (km 8+858/14+457), excluding the section in the area built-up towns of Łany and Błażejowice, for which a bypass should be designed.
