Description:
The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the modernization of Akacjowa Street in Sandomierz. As part of the implemented task, in particular, construction works will be carried out, including strengthening the existing road by replacing the road structure, renovation of existing concrete block surfaces and installation of a bituminous overlay within the existing road. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in: technical documentation, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works - constituting in favour. No. 9 to SWZ (Technical Documentation) and the draft contract constituting a. No. 8 to SWZ. Lists of the main construction works are given in the bill of quantities. above the lists (individual bill of quantities items) are only of auxiliary nature valuation of the value of the works by the Contractor. The answers provided at the stage of the proceedings constitute an integral part of the SWZ. Documents describing the subject of the contract should be treated as mutually explanatory.
