The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works on two of the six sections enteringwithin the scope ofFEPW II priority. Energy and climate Action: 2.3. Biodiversity, concluded between: the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management based in Warsaw and the Polish Water Farm, Polish Waters, i.e. on the sections:
1.1 Increasing surface and depth retention in the townUmianowice,
1.6 Renaturization of the inland Delta of the Nidy.drainage R-1 over a length of 776.5 m, R-1.1 over a length of 192.0 m, R-1.1.1 over a length of 125.9 m;
3) Reconstruction of the R-2 drainage ditch over a length of 1123.0 m, R-2.1 over a length of 231.3 m, R-2.2 over a length of 231.0 m, R-2.3 at a length of 123.8 m along with the construction of D-2 road 187.6 m;
4) Ditch reconstructiondrainage R-3 at a length of 524.4 m along with the construction of the D-3 road to
