The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works on two out of six sections entering in the scope of the project: "Reconstruction of the biological diversity of the Nida Valley, through the reconstruction of ecological corridors and increasing ground retention implemented under contract No. FEPW.02.03-IW.01-0002/24 with project funding under the European Funds program for Eastern Poland 2021-2027 FEPW II priority. Energy and climate Action: 2.3. Biodiversity, concluded between: the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management with its registered office in Warsaw and the Polish State Water Farm, i.e. on the sections:
1.1 Increasing surface and deep surface retention in the town Umianowice,
1.6 Renaturization of the inland Delta of the Nida River.
I.realization of construction works on section 1.1 - "Increasing surface and deep retention in Umianowice":
The scope of the above works include, among others:
1) preparatory works - cutting and securing green;
2) Reconstruction of the ditch drainage R-1 over a length of 776.5 m, R-1.1 over a length of 192.0 m, R-1.1.1 over a length of 125.9 m;
3) Reconstruction of the R-2 drainage ditch over a length of 1123.0 m, R-2.1 over a length of 231.3 m, R-2.2 at a length of 231.0 m, R-2.3 at a length of 123.8 m along with the construction of the D-2 road at a length of 187.6 m;
4) Reconstruction of the ditch drainage R-3 at a length of 524.4 m along with the construction of the D-3 road to
length 255.8 m;
5) demolition and construction of drainage culverts along with the demolition and reconstruction of the road above the culvert;
