Description:
1. Subject of the fall, in the design formula - build is the implementation of the task entitled: replacement of 4 thermal hepans from the building of the item to the building for - design and implementation [location: Warsaw, ul. Powsiska]. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the fall and the method of its implementation is definedZecznik No. 1 to SWZ Functional and uuttic program (PFU) and in the beginning No. 2 to the SWZ planned provisions of the contract (PPU). 3. Demands are released from two stages: 1) stage I include the implementation of project documentation together with obtaining final decisions, in the puppies of the decision on permission toConstruction/rolling of other construction robes-entitling to the implementation of Robt, in the right architectural and construction administration bodies (if obtaining them is required), within 4 weeks from the date of the contract. 2) Stage IIand ensuring author's supervision during the implementation of construction robs based on the renal documentary documentation within 20 weeks from the date of conclusioncontracts.
